Niagara Angel Network Information

The Niagara Angel Network is a member based, not-for-profit corporation for accredited investors who live, work, or have a strong interest in Southern Ontario communities or young companies primed for growth. As opposed to other investors, our Angels look for a higher rate of return than would be given by more traditional investments (typically 25 percent or more). They help fill the gap between the financing provided by family and friends and venture capitalists. Members may decide to invest by themselves, form a consortium, or co-invest with members of other Angel groups. The members of the Niagara Angel Network want to see a prosperous Niagara Region. They directly contribute to the general prosperity of Southern Ontario by investing in excellent companies and making excellent returns.
