NGEx Resources Inc (NGQ) Information

NGEx is a Lundin Group exploration/development company which holds two large copper-gold deposits in Chile and Argentina. The Company is listed on the TSX and on Nasdaq Stockholm under the symbol NGQ and has a market capitalization of approximately C$230 million. The Company’s most advanced project is Josemaria, located in San Juan Province Argentina. A PFS on Josemaria completed in December 2018 demonstrates a robust project with a US$2.0 billion after tax NPV(8)and 19% IRR Average annual metal production is anticipated to be 170,000 t Cu, 350,000 oz Au, and 1,000,000 oz Ag during the first 3 years of full production; or 125,000 t Cu, 230,000 oz AU and 790,000 oz Ag over the 20 year life of mine. The Company believes that Josemaria is one of the top copper development projects in South America and is moving ahead with a feasibility study and preparation of an environmental impact study both of which are anticipated to be complete by H1 2020. In December, 2018 the Company announced a plan to split the company into; a standalone public company focused on fast tracking Josemaria towards eventual development and second company that will advance the Company’s Los Helados project and use its industry leading exploration team to build a high quality South America focused exploration portfolio.
