Next Generation Association (NGA) is a youth-led non-governmental organization founded by passionate young individuals committed to creating positive change in their communities. Operating from youth to youth, NGA focuses on empowering young people through community initiatives, awareness campaigns, humanitarian support, and capacity-building activities. In a context where communities face growing social, economic, and humanitarian challenges, NGA works to fill critical gaps by mobilizing volunteers, promoting social responsibility, and fostering a culture of empathy, leadership, and active citizenship. Our work spans youth development, mental health awareness, humanitarian response, and community support initiatives, with a strong belief that sustainable change starts with empowered youth. At NGA, we believe that every young person has the potential to lead, serve, and make an impact — when given the right space, trust, and opportunity. Together, we build a more aware, resilient, and compassionate generation.
