Lightning Eliminators and Consultants (LEC) provides Integrated lightning protection solutions by using innovative design, grounding systems engineering, surge protection design and consulting services. LEC was formed to study and apply engineering principles to lightning strike problems, setting out to design a lightning strike prevention system based on physics rather than guess work or mere observation as had been the case for over 200 years. LEC designed a system using point discharge or charge transfer technology that worked so well a full no-strike warranty is issued to every client who purchases a system. The success ratio of the point discharge system stands at 99.85%, with over 30,000 system years of data measured on over 3,000 installed systems. LEC is the source of knowledge and intelligence for all aspects of lightning strike prevention, control and subsequent risk mitigation.
