Since its formation in 1995, NFA Group has developed into the largest independent provider of children’s services in the UK. Accreditation by recognised external bodies not only validates the quality approach of the business, but sets it apart from others. NFA Group has achieved 'Investors in People Gold'​, a standard achieved by less than 2% of IIP accredited organisations. All our customers and stakeholders are important to us as an organisation and the grant of the Customer Service Excellence Awards (CSEA) from the UK Government's Cabinet Office is recognition of this. ‬Within the fostering environment the division is delighted to have been accredited with the LILAC award following a group wide inspection and evaluation by young people who had first hand experience of the care system.
