Construction accounts for roughly 40% of global CO₂ emissions, and it is one of the few major industries that has barely changed in fifty years. We develop building systems for structure and envelope which are adapted to bespoke projects in partnership with developers in Europe and the United States. Nexus designs prefabricated building systems and manufactures them via a distributed network of partner factories across Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Germany. We pioneer AI in the Physical world with the Nexus Operating System: a proprietary software tool that enables us to configure our building components, generate production data and manage production through a digital interface.
