Established in 1979, Nexus Properties is a family owned and operated real estate development and property management company. We have financed, developed, built, leased, and managed a wide variety of properties throughout New Jersey, including high-rise and low-rise office buildings and office campuses, medical offices and healthcare facilities, warehouse and mixed-use properties, parking facilities, shopping centers, and Public Private Partnership projects (PPPs). Because we develop, build, lease, and manage properties, Nexus has a unique perspective on commercial real estate. We understand that everything must come together in order to create a successful project location, design, the mix of tenants, the quality of management, and maintenance. Nexus Properties at a glance: Along with our affiliates, we own and/or manage more than 2 million square feet of office, commercial and warehouse space. Nexus Properties is a leader in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) and is currently completing the largest municipal redevelopment project underway in New Jersey the $300-million Rowan Boulevard-Glassboro Redevelopment project. We maintain our own staff of experienced, full-time property superintendents, site managers, and maintenance and construction crews.
