Nexus Equity Ventures is a private investment and operating partnership based in Austin, Texas. We acquire, develop, and operate hospitality and real estate assets — and we run what we own. Current portfolio: Cabana Club (Austin), Progress Coffee + Beer (Buda), and Lucia Noir (Cabo San Lucas) — all-day hospitality concepts and hospitality-driven real estate spanning coffee, food & beverage, live entertainment, and premium short-term lodging. The difference is in how the portfolio runs. Through Nexus Shared Services, our in-house operations arm, every property shares a single back office — accounting, finance, HR, and integrated marketing — built lean and heavily automated so venue teams can focus on guests, not paperwork. We invest our own capital alongside partners who know us, and we underwrite the way we operate: day-part revenue economics, disciplined cost structure, and systems that carry across properties.
