NextWave Management Services Information

NextWave was formed in 2004 (then trading as Vuma Management Consulting) by Sibusiso Nkosi, a strategic management accounting professional, as a Cost & Profitability, Performance Management, and Business Intelligence Management Consulting firm. The practice then specialised in Activity Based Costing, Balanced Scorecard Performance Management, Business Process Re-engineering, and Business Intelligence implementations. In 2010, Vuma Consulting's focus expanded to include services along the HR value chain, as more experts in this discipline joined the firm. At the same time, the firm converted from being a CC to a Pty Ltd and was renamed NextWave Management Services (Pty) Ltd. Our practice integrates findings from across a wide range of industries into powerful organisational enhancing techniques available.
