Our focus is to offer companies optimal solutions within thin clients and server based computing. We have worked with thin clients since 1996, which gives us a unique know how and experience in this field. We only have a few products in our portfolio, which enables us to be experts on the things we sell. We advise our customers on the best possible solution and we take on a joint responsibility with our customers. In 2004 we started to produce our own terminals called NEXterminal. We did this to be able to offer our customers the best terminals with a market leading price/performance and to be able to control the availability of terminals so we can live up to our goal of having very short delivery times (within three working days). An important part of our offerings is our consultancy. We offer consultancy around server based computing, both with a technical and a business focus. We like to challenge your company’s decision to use thin clients or not. Our competences and knowhow is substantial, and the most important thing for us is that our customers get as optimal a solution as possible. We will honestly inform about what is possible, and what is not possible. The design and set-up of a thin client solution is very important especially re current and future directions of the company We offer free telephone support to those of our customers who have software subscribtion (software maintanance). We can only do this because the quality of the solutions we deliver is so high, that answering support calls is not how we spend our day. In fact we only have 3-4 supports call every day, with 60.000 terminal out there in the real world.
