NextPartners is an independent financial, technology and governance advisory firm focused on client interests only. NextPartners specializes in providing clients with dedicated advice on disruptive technologies, governance, and corporate finance. In particular, our focus is on sustainable solutions in building partnerships, executing sustainable strategies, raising capital, optimizing capital structure, exit strategies, and other long term value creating issues. NextPartners, as independent of any outside interests, focus solely on client needs and works closely with our clients and financial sponsors, banks, and other financial service providers as well as with professional service providers such as accounting firms, tax and legal advisors, and management consultants. NextPartners is not a registered investment advisor and does not provide investment advice on publicly listed investment opportunities, accounting, and taxation. Our aim is to become our clients' trusted adviser, striving for integrity and excellence in everything we do. NextPartners was founded in 2004 in Copenhagen by Soren Hovgaard.
