NextGenRVA Information

NextGenRVA is a group for young business professionals in the greater Richmond area founded in 2017. NextGenRVA aims to serve as a platform for young people in professional services firms to meet, build a network, and create a group that is well-respected in the business community. The group meets once per month in an informal setting while bringing together young professionals from different industries. Members discuss business trends while building referral networks designed to benefit their career success. No membership fees, name tags, or stuffy atmosphere - just drinks, insight from a speaker at each monthly meeting, and an occasional weekend activity. In a few years, the members of NextGenRVA will be the ones making referrals, sourcing new business, and choosing who they want to partner with. Founded by Jonathan Jones and Jake Kramer, NextGenRVA has a rotating board of five young professionals who help to organize events and coordinate speakers.
