NextGen Estates is a fourth generation, family owned business headquartered in Southwest Florida with satellite offices in Atlanta, Chicago, and Wisconsin. Its co-CEOs, Rick Francois and Eric Bretan, founded the business with one vision: to enable buyers and sellers of fine assets to realize a better price than they could achieve at any other location, either physical or online. NextGen Estates is able to accomplish this through our proprietary sourcing networks as well as our innovative sales channels. The NextGen Estates management team has been actively involved in the jewelry and collectibles business for over 40 years and includes certified gemologists. Rick started his career after purchasing a small jewelry and collectibles retail store in Wisconsin and growing it to 13 locations across the state. During this time, he developed a substantial network of wholesalers and distributors which he maintains today. After selling the chain, he has since focused on creating an international, proprietary organization of buyers and sellers of fine assets.
