NextCycle.ai provides fractional CPO and CTO leadership to founder-led software companies, from first launch through exit. Most fractional arrangements give you product leadership or engineering leadership, and leave you to translate between them. We work in pairs. Jonathan Moss leads product, Rick Chatham leads technology, and both are on every engagement. We have worked together twice before, at two software companies where Jonathan ran product and Rick ran engineering and post-acquisition integration, so the handoff between us is already worked out. Our operating results include taking a B2B SaaS platform from $3M to $10M ARR, expanding an addressable market from $100M to $1.5B, increasing payment residual capture twentyfold, and leading a post-acquisition separation and Azure migration across sixty-plus transition service agreements. We ran these teams and carried these numbers. We were not advising from outside. We work best with seed to Series B software companies in vertical SaaS, B2B marketplaces, civic and government technology, and companies adding AI to an existing product.
