Nexstar Sports focuses on various key elements in the provision of our programs. These include:1. Skill development- We focus on skill development through play- We aim to develop individual discovery and development of FMS rather than solely group games2. Maximum participation- Children learn through moving not standing and waiting- Children are always involved in activities and although they may need to wait for their turn, they are not standing inactive for long periods of time watching others3. Repetition and variety- Repetition plays a crucial role in the mastery of FMS- We provide children with numerous opportunities to develop skills though a variety of different sports and activities- Children are kept engaged and motivated throughout the entire time4. Catering to different skill levels and practicing at these levels- We provide children with the opportunity to practice at a high level of success for their own ability level- This eliminates frustration and provides a positive learning environment
