NEXGENLEARNING is a 21st Century Learning and Coaching organisation. Our learning and coaching technologies are evidenced-based and neurology-based and are valuable to professionals and organisations from a range of industries. We offer evidenced-based services which are based in “neuroscience” such as; People Management, Training and Development Programs, Mentoring & Coaching, Evidenced-Based Assessments and Communication Intelligence . We have over 30 years of evidence to support how we speak to others can cause loss of productivity or increases it. We define “evidence-based” as sustained change over a period of 5+ years and technology that has met the test of empirical evidence and withstood the rigors of scientific methodology. We define strengths-Based with the following definition: A strengths-based approach to employee assessments is a sustainable practice for working with individuals, families, groups, organisations and communities. It is a NexGenLearning Human Resource initiative that recognises the importance of people’s natural styles, their environments, and the multiple contexts that influences their lives, both at work and personal activities. This perspective recognises the resilience and adaptive nature of individuals and focuses on the motivators, strengths, natural style(s), abilities, knowledge and capacities of individuals, rather than their limits. It is in this way that a strengths-based approach to employee development and assessments is different from traditional deficit models.
