Too many IT service companies have forgot the most important part about being a service type company, we would even go as far as saying that they may have even forgot how to define the term "Customer Service". We believe that an IT consulting/service company can remain on the cutting edge offerings that they provide their customers, and can grow as big as their imaginations allow. While still focusing and keeping in heart those that helped get them there, the customers. We believe that a company does not need to alienate their current or future customers, in order to gain additional customers and/or add a national division. The owners of NexGen IT Consulting have all come from very diverse backgrounds and have each taken different paths, we have each at one time or another in previous endeavors have stumbled and fallen and lets' be honest who hasn't in the current landscape of this economy. We have learned from past mistakes and have built this company specifically focusing on the lessons of the past from our follies and those of others. We are determined not to make the same mistakes and to focus on our customers with a level of service not to be surpassed by any other competitor. Now you may ask yourself "Why in the heck would a company trying to gain my business, tell me that they have stumbled and fallen in the past" Well its simple really, we have nothing to hide, we believe that the best relationships are honest relationships.
