Two Luxury Villas at NewTree Ranch The Estate Villa is a 4-bedroom and 4-bath estate villa that sits between two pastures (where horses, goats, and Scottish Highland cows graze), it is next to The Stables and The Tent and it overlooks rolling green hills. It can accommodate up to 8 staying guests. The Barn Villa is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, modern barn villa perched above a one-acre garden and flanked by countryside hiking trails and towering Redwoods. It can accommodate up to 4 staying guests.
