Newropeans Information

Newropeans was created in 2005 by Franck Biancheri (who died at the age of 51 years on the 31th Of October 2012) and by a group of European partisans, just after the referenda failure about the constitutional treaty… The reasons are: firstly the national parties and the governments weren’t efficient and legitimate enough to remain the protagonists of a European construction; and secondly the democratization of a European level which wasn’t united politically yet was getting more than necessary. Newropeans is the only transeuropean political party, which hasn’t got a national structure. This is the reason why it became, in spite of its weakness a very important gathering element of the European political life; several small and medium progressive European parties looking forward to getting some transeuropean structuring.
