NewRock Since 2010 our team at NewRock Developments has been on a mission to provide exceptional, attainable housing in cities throughout Western Canada. We started with the award-winning NewRock Developments Mortgage Assistance Program. An initiative designed to remove one of the main barriers preventing people from owning their own home – high, and rising costs. Under this program, NewRock has given over $17,500,000 to help more than 650 purchasers achieve the dream of homeownership. Recently, we’ve been hard-at-work to offer a variety of community types — catering to everyone from the first-time homeowner to the mature buyer looking to downsize and simplify their lifestyle. Now, with three unique product lines: The Villas, Estates, and Multi-story – we can carry out our mission in more cities and for more people than ever.Developments is a construction company based out of Canada. As a multicity developer, we understand the importance of building communities that are well integrated. To achieve this, city selection and community involvement are very important. We seek out locations where our unique floorplans and community types meet a real need or fill necessary market gaps. When it comes time to build, we then partner with local trades, suppliers, organizations, and charities whenever possible. We’re proud to have already brought this approach to 10 cities’ in BC, AB, and SK – a list we look forward to growing.
