NEWPLAN Limited is a leading consulting company providing expertise in the fields of planning, economics, engineering, architecture, social and environmental studies and management in both the public and private sectors of the Uganda and the East African region. Established in Kampala, Uganda in 1995 as NORPLAN Uganda Limited, we rebranded in January 2009 and effected a change of name to Newplan Limited. The Company’s ownership structure is as follows: Employees - 10%, NORPLAN AS, Norway - 40% ands LOL Limited - 50% In 16 years of existence, the company has actively diversified its experience and undertaken over 200 assignments of varied size and complexity. At Newplan, we pride ourselves in going beyond traditional disciplines; employing impartiality and incorporating the most effective creative thinking of our talented design, technical and environmental consulting teams.
