NeWo Information

NeWo is a started by university students and won Baku Start-up Competition 2012 and SeedStars World Baku 2013. We are working on mobile based social network powered by augmented reality that will help businesses promote their business in a more creative way that was not experimented before (in Azerbaijan). Our app provides simple users (consumers) with an augmented instant discovery app that will help them to find and discover peoples,discounts, promotions, valuable information about buildings, streets, pubs and restaurants around them and make new friendships with help of NeWo. The major reason we decided to start such a business was the boringness, lack of rich content in search engine and social network advertising. We think that social networking and advertising could be more attractive and enjoyable when they are augmented to reality with the help of our application.
