Newhall Laboratories Information

Newhall Laboratories is a portfolio company of Brynwood Partners. Founded in 1984, Brynwood Partners is a private equity firm that makes controlled investments in lower middle market companies over a long-term horizon. The firm acquires companies in a diverse range of industries, including consumer goods. Golden Sun was acquired by Brynwood VI in December 2011. Several brands from The Dial Corporation, a subsidiary of Henkel, were added in April 2012 to form what we call today Newhall Laboratories. We focus our efforts on taking world class orphan brands with strong consumer loyalty that were lost in a large corporation and revitalize them. Newhall Laboratories is now a part of High Ridge Brands as of 2015. Recently High Ridge Brands sold La Bella, Pure & Natural, Soft & Dri, Dep, Adorn, Mink, and The Dry Look brands to The Village Company.
