Damien Chambers co-founded NewGen Families after becoming a father through surrogacy and developing a passion for helping others build their families. Damien and co-founder Campbell Sallabank were inspired to create a modern and inclusive surrogacy agency focused on improving the experience for both future parents and surrogates. We are proud that all members of our journey management team have between 6-13 years experience building families through surrogacy and that we have a parent through surrogacy, and experienced surrogates, on our leadership team.
