New Work Foundation is an AI-native startup addressing the Gen Z unemployment crisis, founded by Clara Shih, Nick Mehta, Andrew Yang, and industry veterans from Google, Meta, Nvidia, and Salesforce. Today, one in two recent U.S. graduates are unemployed or underemployed in jobs that don’t require their degree. Through its dearCC content platform and AI tools, New Work Foundation equips young workers with the tools, skills, and community to navigate an AI-reshaped economy.
