New Vision Eye Clinic (formerly Ruijin Hospital Eye Center) was established in 1996, and was one of the first ophthalmology centers to carry out excimer laser treatment for myopia in China. Since our inception we have carried out authoritative refractive surgery joint training with LASIK surgery experts from several countries and to date we have performed refractive surgery on nearly 80,000 patients. Equipped with the very latest technology, including the FS200 Femtosecond laser for refractive surgery, our International Patient Services team are able to give you the most accurate and effective diagnosis and treatment available. New Vision Eye Clinic has been accepted into the Chinese medicare and social insurance program by the Shanghai Municipal government, as well as being granted the title “Shanghai Research Centre for the Next Generation” in light of our work combating eye problems in young people.
