New Town Architecture Information

New Town advises both public and private sector clients with creativity and ingenuity while maintaining a sophisticated design philosophy. With a current staff of 14 our team has a proven ability to work effectively with municipalities and challenging client programs, approaching each project collaboratively with authorities, stakeholders, the public and other members of the project team. We recognize that a range of stakeholders have an interest in the development of a project. By drawing on the skills and experience of all the stakeholders we strive to produce a responsible holistic approach to the design with special consideration to the project scope, schedule and budget. This is “Integrated Design” and it is at the core of everything we do. New Town Services is committed to building a better world through thoughtful urban planning and the creation of architecture that is sensitive to the land upon which it is placed, relevant to the context in which it is located, and constructive for the community it serves.
