New Root LLC Information

VISION STATEMENT We are at the end of an old paradigm with a new paradigm on the horizon. Creating a new model of company will produce new methods of increasing societal, environmental, and economic impact while providing greater autonomy and connection for individuals, companies, and customers. At New Root, our goal in acquiring and operating companies is to create a new business model which will serve as a bridge to this new paradigm. The ultimate goal is to transition acquired businesses to a form of employee ownership. OUR INTENTION Our intention is for acquired businesses to be autonomous and independent — driving greater employee commitment, community interaction, and legacy continuity. At this point, we are engaged in many endeavors and do not have the capacity to put our full efforts into this work. In the future, we would very much like to turn our attention to this vision once again.
