"We had a fantastic experience with New Pointe Builders for the construction of our custom home. From the very start, New Pointe helped us with a home plan that would work with the terrain of our lot and provided a very detailed estimate of the cost to build. The materials and workmanship were very high quality, and our project manager provided the utmost attention to detail. In the end, we are very happy with our custom home, and New Pointe finished it ahead of schedule and easily within the budget. If we build again we will use New Pointe, no question." It was truly a collaborative effort he was patient throughout and continues to be helpful as we come to the end of our first year in our new house. We incorporated many of his ideas and design suggestions into the transformation of our home with beautiful results. I heartily recommend Jim Ayers to anyone seeking to enhance their existing home or looking to build a new home." "To know Jim - to work with him - and to entrust him with ...
