New Passages P.C Information

New Passages P.C is a psychotherapy practice owned and directed by Sheena McKie and Phyllis Friedman Ross. The directors and their senior level associates are highly skilled and have many years of clincal experience. All have had extensive training and practice in working with young children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. At New Passages, we understand that each client has different needs and that the clinical style and orientations are significant in the effectiveness of the therapeutic work. Therefore, our therapists use a variety of theoretical approaches including cognitive behavioral interventions, mindfulness iunterventions, psychoanalytic therapy, play therapy and reality therapy. New Passages clinicians provide care to our clients that is respectful and professional. It is our hope to provide therapeutic services which empower our clients to identify and attain their treatment goals, to develop resiliency and confidence to cope with life stresses and obstacles and to develop skills necessary for mastery and for continued improvement in life functioning long after they have left our doors.
