Its principal mission is to:establish and promote high professional and ethical standards, and generally to coordinate, promote and assist the activities and interests of Concierge;to foster friendship and communication among Concierge of hotels in New Orleans;to expand the training of those entering the profession and, in general to promote, foster, and enhance and improve the technical skills and professionalism of Concierge;to foster the development of the hotel industry and tourism in general and to maintain the highest possible standards for service for hotel guest.
