New Link Consulting was built to navigate exactly the complexities of this intersection. Founded in 2011 by industry practitioners, we set out to prove that consulting could be performed differently. Not methodology-led. Not senior people selling and junior staff delivering. Every engagement is overseen end-to-end by a highly experienced practitioner who has worked within the type of institution they now advise. They are familiar with industry challenges and the culture which shapes their ways of working. We work across three core service lines: risk, regulation and financial crime; operational transformation; and data, digital and technology. All involve significant change. We also lead large-scale remediation initiatives, whether at industry level or within a specific firm. We publish regular opinion pieces targeted at key challenges faced by our clients and prospects. In terms of sectors, we serve both private and public sector clients. Within the private sector we focus upon financial services and utilities firms. Within the public sector, we focus upon UK government departments and agencies via Government RM6347, and supranational institutions navigating multi-jurisdictional complexity. We are headquartered in London but deliver assignments internationally. Our delivery model is intentionally flexible. We often lead transformation programmes end-to-end, but we are also able to integrate specialist SME expertise into your teams as programmes mobilise and priorities evolve. We hold four ISO accreditations, a Hellios FSQS accreditation and a UK-government-endorsed carbon reduction plan.
