The Idea Factory provides services focused on transforming the corporate innovation process, taking into account the velocity required to thrive in the New Corporate Eco-system. Our unique products and services have been thoroughly developed, tested and refined during the past three years with over two dozen of the world's most significant companies. In our workshops, we weave together talent, ideas and facilities to enable participant involvement and foster innovative solutions focused on a particular task, project or strategy. Workshops serve to raise awareness within the client and can serve as a catalyst for change, usually applied for client's strategy sessions. We also serve as an outsourced innovation department, creating a blueprint for new business ventures built around a customer-centric vision of the future.

Spark Innovators was created by Raj Khubani in 2006 after having created and founded the well established and successful Raingear Inc. in 1992. Our mission is to provide products that fulfill consumers rapidly changing needs in today's environment. Some of our televised products include Insta-Bag, an environmentally friendly bag designed for easy storage by the consumer and to eliminate the use of plastic and, MicroForce the world's smallest wet-n-dry shaver with twice the amount of power of most leading shavers with over 800,000 sold and still selling. Spark Innovators is also the creator of CLOSET 2X, Dry Guards, along with Shave Pro products which have achieved over a million units sold worldwide.
