It all started in a small restaurant on the banks of the Delaware River in New Hope, PA. During the construction of their small restaurant, Peace Out, Pete Howey and Aaron Nocks developed the idea for New Hope Premium Fountain. Having been in the restaurant business for 15 years, the two wanted to offer their customers in New Hope a unique, high quality fountain product. After an exhaustive search, and conversations with beverage producers across the country, it became apparent to them that what they wanted just didn't exist.
