At New Frontier Developments we approach our property development with the intention of creating quality homes, by transforming run down houses into high quality homes. Established 5 years ago, we have since invested in and refurbished over £2,300,000 worth of property in the East Midlands, with another £500,000 worth of property in upcoming client projects. We have done a wide variety of domestic refurbishments, from the standard “cosmetic” refurbishment, through to building side extensions and converting houses into class 4 HMO properties. By living in the area we invest in, this enables us to easily find potential deals. Being close to our sourced projects allow us to project manage effectively and keep you regularly updated on progress. The area is particularly good for HMO’s and Buy to Lets. We have an excellent trade team who work on our projects. They encompass all the skills required for building, construction and refurbishment work, including liaising with local Building Control to provide all relevant certification. The main project manager has over 40 years’ experience in the trade. Refurbishing property is about managing the budget, the schedule and delivering a quality product that will appeal to the local market. As we have extensive property development experience in the East Midlands, we understand what our local markets are looking for.
