New Faces® invented online portfolios (of any kind!) We were the first online agency, and also the first online community for talent. We invented online casting/scouting. New Faces® was the pioneer for a new business model in which unrepresented models and actors could directly book assignments and bypass paying agency commission. It also was the first site to provide a venue for freelance talent to promote themselves internationally in order to attract agency representation.
