New Dawn Resources is a private investment company based in Perth, Western Australia. We invest our own capital in resources, energy and emerging ventures. No outside funds, no mandates, and no committees to convince. That lets us hold for as long as an opportunity deserves, and commit quickly when the right one appears. Our focus sits across three areas: Public markets — positions in listed resources and energy companies. Private ventures — direct investment in early-stage and growth businesses. Special situations — opportunistic transactions where we can move quickly. We back opportunities we understand, at sensible entry prices, alongside people we'd back again.
