NewCo was founded in 2013 by Andreas Bomann-Larsen. He is the firm's CEO and CIO. Andreas has worked the last 10 years in the Norwegian investment industry, focusing on global equity investing and has 18 years private investment experience from the stock market. From 2007 to 2013 Andreas was senior portfolio manager, partner and member of the investment committee in Formuesforvaltning, Norway's leading wealth manager with approximately USD 10 billion under management. During his years in Formuesforvaltning he had direct responsibility for the firm's global equity, private equity and hedge fund portfolios. From 2003 to 2007 he worked as financial analyst in First Securities. Andreas holds an MSc in business and administration from NHH, where he graduated with the best grades in the class of '04. He has also executive education in advanced portfolio management and equity valuation from NHH. Andreas is supported by a team of investment analysts in various positions and people dedicated to business administration and development. The team is also supported by an experienced board with people with significant experience and network in the global capital markets, academia and different industries.
