NEW CITY DEVELOPMENT Information

At New City Development, it is 1) our ambition to be the best real estate development firm in the industry; and 2) our conviction that doing good and doing well are not mutually exclusive. We achieve these by coupling extensive development experience in design, budgeting, strategic execution, and creative financing with the simple act of listening - particularly to the communities we serve. The ultimate goal is to create exceptional developments of superior value while meeting the market demands of the communities we develop in. At NCD, it is our commitment to doing good that drives our fiduciary responsibility to profitability, allowing us to deliver the best developments that enrich our communities and elevate standards across our industry.
