Since the late 1999, Nevasoft has been addressing the technology needs of startups, SMBs, and large firms in the domains of agriculture, water, energy, shelter, and finance. Our staff of highly experienced (mean > 25 years) computer scientists, software engineers, QA engineers, UI/mobile app engineers, UX designers, and project managers bring extensive (and often pioneering) experience in computer security, large scale distributed systems, high performance computing, self-healing/mission critical systems, very large data stores, machine vision, artificial intelligence, and autonomous computing, while our companion organization, Clever Gearheads, LLC, provides services in RF engineering, resilient networking, electronic design, mechanical engineering, and fabrication. While our practice is focused on delivering production systems, historically we have also performed basic research, or delivered rapid PoCs. We are somewhat atypical for a consulting engineering group, in that we do not provide power by the hour; rather we partner with our customers in order to understand their domain in order to help them develop better requirements, in turn to maximize the probability of delivering the correct solution while minimizing risk and cost. Our preferred work model is to embed ourselves with the customer's existing technology groups, and if our customer lacks such groups, we are happy to recruit and train resource to allow our customer to properly support our work product after our engagement ends. We are also capable of retaining responsibility for our work product for those customers who prefer something closer to SaaS/Paas dynamics.
