NeuroNav helps individuals with disabilities and their families take control of their care through California’s Self-Determination Program (SDP). This program offers more freedom in how Medicaid funds are used—supporting services like job coaching, life skills, or music lessons. NeuroNav simplifies the process, creates personalized plans, manages paperwork, and connects families with trusted providers. We work closely with regional centers and case managers to ensure everything runs smoothly. Founded at Stanford in 2020 with support from the Stanford Innovation Fellowship, NeuroNav drives new vision and change in disability by creating personalized care plans and connecting our neurodivergent clients with virtual Care Navigators who help manage their benefits. Last year, we supported hundreds of individuals in accessing life-changing services, and we’re on track to quadruple our impact next year.
