NetworKING UK is a social mobility organisation dedicated to ensuring that a young person’s background does not determine their future. We connect ambitious students and young professionals with the networks, opportunities, and industry exposure needed to access competitive careers and achieve their potential. NetworKING UK supports some of the UK’s most underserved young people, with 95.7% attending state schools, 69.6% living in areas with limited access to opportunities, and 56.5% coming from low-income households. Through employer partnerships, networking events, mentoring, leadership programmes, and career development initiatives, we are making sure talent equates to opportunity.
