Mission The Networked Recruiter is a destination dedicated to expanding your professional network, facilitating career advancement, and promoting the collective sharing of best practices within the field of professional recruiting. Reach In addition to the United States, Networked Recruiter hosts networking events in hundreds of cities around the world including Asia, Europe, Australia, North/South America, and Africa. Basically, we have members and events across every continent except Antarctica (not yet at least). History and Growth At Networked Recruiter, we encourage our members to Take Control of Their Network! After Jacob Conway, Founder of Networked Recruiter, moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to San Diego, he found it difficult to build quality relationships as more and more connections are based online. He combined an old school approach with cutting edge technology to create in-person networking events to help build relationships with like-minded recruiting professionals in the San Diego, CA area. Networked Recruiter was born and within 10 short months after launching the website, Networked Recruiter had grown to over 6500 global members with 128 city networking events in 17 countries.
