Network2Work@PVCC’s purpose is simple: to equip Job Seekers with the skills and resources they need to become valuable employees in the workplace. Now in its sixth year, Network2Work@PVCC has helped more than 800 Job Seekers in Virginia find steady, wage-sustaining employment positions. Due to the wide success of the program, Network2Work@PVCC has since expanded its services from our Charlottesville, VA base to three major regions in Virginia: Richmond, Hampton Roads, and the Shenandoah Valley. What distinguishes Network2Work@PVCC from other employment initiatives is our signature framework. Our framework fully leverages social capital and community connections, allowing us to provide our Job Seekers with everything they need to succeed. Network2Work@PVCC’s dedicated staff, empowering culture, and distinguished framework is the reason why the program is so successful.
