Every research programme is custom designed and bespoke to meet clients’ needs. We’ll draw upon all the relevant in-house skills including qualitative and quantitative experts, four call centres (with 170+ CATI stations), online software, reporting portals and customer feedback systems. The company has 50+ head office staff based in London and offices in three locations: London, Bristol and Edinburgh.
