netDuty is a workforce platform for public safety. One place for a department's schedule, its communications and its operational calendar — and an automated path from that schedule, through each day's changes, to payroll processed under the department's own collective bargaining agreement. How a day actually moves: a schedule gets built, and then it changes. Someone calls out. A shift is picked up at 2 a.m. A callback fills a hole on the medic unit. netDuty records each change as it happens, applies the rules that govern it, and carries the result through to payroll — so nobody has to reconstruct the day afterward in a spreadsheet.
