Netberg is a company born on a mission to bring all businesses online (over 70% of businesses in Europe, especially if small or micro, do not have a website). After having received £150k funding in January 2015, the founding team went full-time. In only 3 months, following an iterative process, Netberg became Highflyers (www.highflyers.london). History: - October 2014: a crowdfunding campaign goes live on Seedrs - December 2014: the crowdfunding campaign closes with 159% of the target achieved, 220 private investors from 20 different European countries had backed the company, among which three angels that become Non-Executive Directors of the company (Ron Goddard, Fabio Torlini and Franco di Cicco) - January 2015: due diligence after the crowdfunding campaign is completed and the founders decide to accept only £150k SEIS investment - April 2015: Netberg becomes Highflyers Netberg - www.netberg.com Highflyers - www.highflyers.london
