Neos provides business solutions and services across cloud and system infrastructure integration, advanced analytics and software engineering. We primarily support clients in financial services, telecommunications, utilities and the public sector, with delivery built for complex enterprise environments. Neos was founded in 2002. In January 2026, KONČAR Group, through KONČAR Digital, acquired a majority stake in Neos. In its 2026 Market Guide for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Professional and Managed Services, Gartner named Neos a Representative Vendor for the second consecutive time – one of twenty vendors worldwide, and the only one headquartered in Croatia. In 2024, Neos received the Oracle Best in Class Customer Success Partner Award for Technology Service Providers and the Oracle Global Leaders ISV Champion Award. Neos has been an Oracle partner from the start and has achieved multiple Oracle specialisations in that time. We hold Oracle Cloud Managed Service Partner (CMSP) status and carry Advanced Expertise in Oracle Onsite Support as one of three Oracle-authorised Field Delivery Partners in Croatia. Neos operates across a broader technology ecosystem. As an IBM Gold Partner, Neos has established capability across IBM's platform alongside its Oracle track record. Through its partnership with the FinOps Foundation, Neos operates as a General Partner, FinOps Certified Service Provider and Certified Training Provider. Our wider partner ecosystem includes Collibra, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Red Hat, JetBrains, Cloudera, VMware and Couchbase. Neos is present in Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina through local subsidiaries, both operating as Neos Tech. We invest continuously in consultant development through project delivery and our R&D department, strengthening methods and expertise across client environments.
