Neon Coffee Information

We are an independent, locally-owned roaster dedicated to bringing coffee nerds fresh, craft-roasted, single origin coffees at high quality and fair prices. We hand-select and roast each batch fresh-to-order. That translates to a lot of extra work for us, but we believe both you and the coffee deserve this respect. We believe coffee should be fresh, intelligently sourced and roasted, and accessible to anybody who really loves and appreciates it. We don't roast your order until you place it. We source our green beans responsibly with special attention to the farms and cooperatives they come from. We work hard to bring you the best and freshest available from around the world. Our roast offerings will change as crop availability fluctuates, and we will always keep you updated.
