Since no business can survive without cash inflows, the market has become used to the status quo, using basic ERP functionalities combined with Excel - in addition to many hours spent on repetitive tasks. Neofin believes that there is a new way of making collections, integrated to the banks’ and ERPs ecosystem, and bringing intelligence through the usage of data, understanding the profile of each debtor and defining the best way and communication channel for each one of them.
